Paul Coughlin | Owner & Ongoing Enthusiast
Paul is a self-admitted "shoe geek", and a phenomenal resource for all things 'running'. He's witnessed multiple evolutions of running techniques and technology over his 30+ years with Runnin' Gear. Paul's run story began in junior high and continued through college with a stop at the NCAA Nationals in the intermediate hurdles. He later stepped in as assistant coach, then head coach, at the local high school, but when an opportunity to satisfy his ongoing interest in running shoes arose he couldn't resist.
